How much does the Basic Application cost?

The Basic Application only costs $14.99 per Application.

If the Landlord has chosen to pay the Application fee, you will still have the option to subscribe to Naborly Passport for the year! This comes at no cost to you as it is a promotional offer included in the Application fee paid for by your prospective Landlord.

Note: Tenants who choose to subscribe to Naborly Passport from a Basic Application invite will only be able to share the Basic Application.

If the Landlord has requested that you pay the Application fee, you will also have the option to subscribe to Naborly Passport for the year! The subscription will come at the same cost of the single-use Basic Application.

If you choose to subscribe to Naborly Passport, you will be asked to upload a payment method to be charged the following year. The subscription can be cancelled at any time and at no cost.
