What is a Basic Application?

Naborly has 2 types of Rental Applications you can complete as a prospective Tenant: 1) Basic Application or 2) Pro Application. 

The Basic Application is a simplified version of Naborly's comprehensive application, which includes the following:

• ID verification
• Your most recent Equifax Credit Summary dated in the past 30 days

In contrast to our comprehensive Rental Application, the prospective Tenant is not required to include previous address, employer,  and income history.
