If you are a Landlord or Property Manager who would like multiple users associated with your Naborly account, you can request to be upgraded to an Enterprise account by emailing [email protected].
As an Enterprise account, the main Admin user can invite sub-users to join their account - this allows the Admin to view and manage their sub-users' Applications and Reports. Sub-users have access to all of Naborly's Landlord account features, such as sending Applications to prospective Tenants, viewing Reports, and utilizing the "Approve" and "Deny" functions on their dashboard.
As the Admin account, can my sub-users view my Applications and Reports?
No, sub-users do not have access to the Admin account's Applications or Reports. Sub-users only have access to Applications and Reports that are associated with their account.
Can sub-users upload their own payment method?
Sub-users of an Enterprise account cannot manage or delete their own credit card as the payment method is only manageable from the Admin Enterprise account. This means that all sub-users' Applications must be charged to the payment method on file for the Admin.
