An Enterprise customer cannot remove a sub-user within their own Naborly account themselves, but we are here and happy to help.
Please send an email to [email protected] confirming the sub-user account email you are wishing to remove from your enterprise account. You will be asked some verification questions that must be answered correctly before we can proceed.
Once you have successfully answered the verification questions, we will remove the sub-user from your account. You will then receive a follow-up email confirming that this sub-user has been successfully removed.
