How does payment work?

As a landlord, you can choose to pay for your applicant's screening + credit check or you can have them pay.* 

If you pay the $25 screening fee, the applicant can subscribe to an annual Naborly Passport Membership (we ask for their CC details if that's the case) or they can simply proceed with the application you've paid for.

• If the applicant chooses "Naborly Passport Membership", they will be entitled to unlimited application sharing and credit builder benefits for a full year for free (covered by you), and they will not be charged until the following year. 
• If the applicant chooses "Single-Use Application", they will not be entitled to the benefits of Naborly Passport.

If you have the applicant pay the $25 screening fee, they can subscribe to an annual Naborly Passport Membership or they can simply proceed with the application.
