Can I report tenants who were not screened through Naborly?

If your tenant would like you to report their rental payments through Naborly, they certainly can! First, they must create a Naborly Tenant account and subscribe to Naborly Passport. If you, as the landlord, do not currently have a landlord account, you can either create an account or the tenant can invite you to view their Naborly Application and Report.

After this step has been completed, the tenant will select “Report Rental Payments”. From this point onwards, you will be able to report the status of their rental payments to Naborly.
