What if a landlord does not want to create a Naborly account to view my application?

A Landlord / Property Manager must be registered and verified with Naborly in order to view your application and credit data. If a Landlord / Property Manager does not want to register an account with Naborly, they will only be able to view minimal details of your rental application:

As a verified Landlord / Property Manager, they will have access to your personal information, which includes your identity, employment, and income documents, as well as credit information provided by Equifax. Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of our products, their identity must be verified.

Additionally, according to federal and municipal credit data regulations, we need to verify identity before we can disclose private tenant data to a third party. As Equifax's preferred tenant screening partner, we must adhere to their verification guidelines in order to maintain our partnership and trusted reputation. This ensures the protection of the privacy of all Naborly users.
