As a tenant, how do I pay for my screening?

If you have been asked by your prospective landlord to pay for the screening, you will have the option to pay for the screening at the beginning of the Application.

The fee will only be charged when you successfully submit your Application. Any unopened or incomplete Applications will not be charged.

1. Before you begin the Naborly Application, you will arrive at the payment page shown below:

2. Here you can select whether you would like to subscribe to Naborly Passport for the year, or simply pay the one-time Application fee. Once an option has been selected, you will be prompted to add a payment method.

3. Fill in the required payment information, then click "Add Payment Method". Once your payment method has been added, you can go ahead and submit your Application!

Please note we accept the following payment methods for your screening:

• MasterCard
• Discover
• JCB
• American Express
