How do I verify my email address?

As of January 16th, 2020, Naborly now requires all new and existing users to verify the email address associated with their account. 

For New Users:

1. As soon as you create a Naborly account, you will be sent an email titled: Verify your e-mail address.

2. From this point, you will have 10 Minutes to press the black Verify Email button within the email:

3. You will then be taken back to your now verified account on the Naborly website.

4. If you do not access the Verify your e-mail address email within the 10 minute time frame, navigate back to your Naborly account.

5. Here, you should still see a yellow banner at the top of the page that looks like this:

6. Press Resend Email and the Verify your e-mail address email will be sent to your inbox again.

For Existing Users:

1. Sign into your Naborly account as normal. 

2. Here you should still see a yellow banner at the top of the page that looks like this:

3. Press Resend Email. You have not received this email before, so this will be the first time you receive the email.

4. As soon as you create a Naborly account, you will be sent an email titled Verify your e-mail address.

5. From this point, you will have 10 Minutes to press the black Verify Email button:

6. You will then be taken back to your now verified account on the Naborly website.

Note: If you access your email from an email app that may be outdated (e.g. Outlook), the Verify Email button may not appear or work. Please try accessing your email account from an updated internet browser if you are having trouble viewing the email for this one time verification.
