Who should I include as an occupant?

When you are filling out your Application, you will come across a section where you can list the other people you will be living with.

There are 3 categories of Occupants: Roommates, Dependants, and Pets.

Roommates

Roommates are any occupants who will be contributing to the rent. Roommates may be your spouse/partner, a sibling, a friend, or someone you met online. In any case, you should include this person (or people if there is more than one) as a roommate.

Dependants

Dependants are any occupants who will be living with you but won't be paying any rent. Dependants may be your children, parents, spouse, family, or anyone else that you may be supporting. You will not need to provide as much information about your dependants as you do your roommates, but they are still important members of your household, so minor details will need to be included.
