Generally, we discourage you from uploading screenshots of your online bank account as they tend not to meet our income verification criteria. If you choose to upload a screenshot, it must show the following:
- Your name
- The document date within 30 days
- The name of your employer / source of income
- Your full month of income (if you are paid weekly or bi-weekly, it must show the full month's transactions)
- The income must match the income (after tax) that you stated in your application
Note: If the statement on your online banking app does not show all of the criteria above, we suggest you log into your online banking on a computer or mobile device, and access your full monthly e-statement. You can download this statement in PDF format onto your device. Contact your financial institution if you do not know how to access this e-statement.
