What happens after I submit my Application?

Once your Application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to track the status of your Application.

If you submitted your Naborly Application during our Hours of Operation, your Landlord / Property Manager will receive your Naborly Report within 90 minutes. If the Application is submitted outside of our hours, it will be processed at the start of the following business day.

If you have submitted any unverified documents, you will receive an email asking you to upload new documents within 48 hours. Learn why your document was unverified. Your Landlord / Property Manager is the decision-maker so please get in touch with them to discuss the outcome of your Application.

Note: With Naborly Passport, you can now reuse and submit your rental application to as many properties at once. Create your tenant account now if you haven't already.
